So this is the second version of this set up. On the left hand side of the screen you will see a series of tabs. This is the individual workouts that I utilize to stay in shape, although at the time of this writing I am using these workouts to get back into shape. I hope that you enjoy, and find these helpful. You will need to give these a few minutes to load up depending on your internet connection. It is done loading when you see the map.
